If you want a responsive property manager, do not consider this place. It is extremely hard to reach these people via email. I have complained about the parking, and about the animal feces and nothing has been done. I have also emailed several times and no one has responded. They may seem nice at first, but once you are moved in, things change. Too expensive for what its worth.

We needed a quick move in with XL dogs and the office staff made it happen! The 2 bedroom floor plan is very spacious with great closet/ storage spaces. Also, laundry provided in each apartment is a huge win!

I am a resident here and they are about 6 ft by 6 ft. They are all the same for all the buildings
Hickory woods are over priced. . We had a 3 bedroom and on lease renewal they were gonna raise it up to 270.00 increase. We were already at 1065.
Trash is, but water is not.
