After all the raving reviews I was pumped to place an order with UP. I sent them one black and white image to print on the back of a dark sweatshirt, centered and even. Unfortunately the placement was pretty crooked (by almost an inch). I contacted their customer service and they were quick to respond. They didn’t address the uneven printing but offered me a discount for the quality or a refund.The shipping was faster than anticipated so that was great. But I would've gladly sacrificed a longer ship time had it meant my order would've been right the first time.

Excellent customer service. We changed our minds about designs three times (because we were indecisive, not at all an issue with UP) and they had new designs back to us within hours. Hi there, Thank you for reaching out! Each of our staff members that work onsite, wears a mask and follows increased cleaning protocols. We do ask that customers wear masks inside each of our locations, and if you do not have one we will provide one for use. We have taken extra precautions to sanitize before, during, and after each shift. Each location has a plexiglass barrier at the check-out counter or desk, contactless payment options, and we follow the county guidelines for customer capacity.
