I recently returned a package to Amazon and it was clearly stated in the Amazon instruction that I didn't need to pack it for that return. However, the staff refuse to ship for me and insisted that I purchase a $5 box from the store. I contacted Amazon to clarify and their customer service confirmed again that no packing was needed and reimbursed the packaging cost. I never had similar issues with other UPS stores or Kohl's drop off locations.
