Absolutely awful. The driver delivered my package to a completely different address and signs for it, then proceeds to tell my apartment that he made a mistake and I need to pick it up from there. I go to that location after coming back from a trip and the package is nowhere to be found, but one of the residents told me they saw a DHL package sitting outside for 3 days and in the rain. Im not sure if DHL picked the package up to redeliver to me or if somebody stole it, but this is absolutely awful as a service. I'm not sure how anyone can make mistakes like these. Update: The POLICE found my package and delivered it to my apartment leasing office(it was ripped open). Would not have happened if it was delivered correctly.

Zero if possible. Driver delivered it a different address. I went and spoke to the staff here and they were being helpful. They told that the driver isn’t available for the rest of the day and I need to wait until the morning to get an update. The lady gave me a number and promised me an hour to hour update. Morning I call her if she had a conversation with the delivery person and apparently he swears that he delivered it to correct address. She didn’t attend my calls for the rest of the day. Then I had to take things into my own hand and started driving around and knocking doors. Found my package somehow. Staff keeps telling me that they will refund a percentage of it’s worth but, these guys don’t understand that few items are more than money. The package was on the truck for 3 days. I recovered it myself with 0 help from the staff. Edit:- The sender( friend) has an premium DHL account for their business and I’m making sure my friend cancel the premium account.

MY PACKAGE IS LOST AND THE COMPANY DOES NOT CARE. Horrible experience. I shipped a package from India and the tracking id claims to have delivered it. My friend has not received any package. We complained and the office is stubborn to not take any measures
