Very rude management and very expensive

Stay away. New management is not good. 1) Very bad maintenance team. They take months to resolve an issue. 2) Renewals are very painful. They ask for twice the rent for month-on-month agreement.

In have been saying here for last 16 months but after new management change it became worst experience staying here specially when you will be dealing with management on administrative issues and maintenance work . It has roaches issues also. I will never refer anyone here . Good luck .

Yah Preston view do not have furnished apartments

Leasing office handed over our important mail to wrong person without checking ID. They told us that they didn't receive any mail addressed to my address. How can Leasing office be so careless? Where can we escalate if leasing office doesn't care?

Hay Ganesh iam so sorry to hear that they would even do that to you I have lived here going on three years and they never did anything like that to me you know we all make mistakes sometimes I still say you should take another look at old Preston View before you just throw in the towel...

Yes you can rent a month by month I know they do have 3 months 6 month and 12 month leases. Rent ranges from 980 to up to around 1500 depending on what let you get.
