Move in was nice, the leasing office seemed nice, but I’m definitely not staying any longer than my current lease. My biggest issue would be the bugs; a few weeks after move in we started noticing roaches. An exterminator came out, did his job and told us there wasn’t much we could do except keep the apartment clean (which we do). Not even a week later they were back. We did our own treatment on the apartment and haven’t really seen them since, but now comes the issue with ants. As mentioned before, we keep a clean apartment. So why is it that ants are coming through outlets/light switches/cabinets that aren’t flush against the wall? It’s disgusting and for the amount they charge for rent it’s completely unacceptable.

Absolutely love Camden. Dana the receptionist who led the tour for our new home is amazing. Maintenance is also amazing & very prompt. Melvin has assisted with a few of our maintenance requests & he was great. The community is quiet & well kept. There was also a hand written welcome card at move-in along with tissue & paper towels. Camden truly values their residents & it shows.

Roaches Roaches I moved here couple of weeks back there are many roaches every where in each room. Not only Roaches some other 2different types of insects are coming. I had a small 8 months crawling baby. Whenever i make her to sit down i need to check each and every corner whether bugs are there or not.it’s too tough to check each and evry time. It’s disgusting.When they treat with pests control again and again the bugs are coming. We filled the gaps in corners wherever gaps are there. I didn’t feel that i came to New home its like roaches home. I will not suggest camden westwood because of roaches. I had a small baby because of roaches daily i am having extra cleaning at home.its too difficult to maintain… The posted below pictures are just 3/4 days pictures.
