Terrible quality. Smoothie was like a liquid yogurt. What’s up with this location???

Used to love Panera, however I’ve noticed the quality has been drastically going down. Ordered the chicken sandwich, it was cold and flavorless, my wife ordered the Teriyaki chicken and that was cold as well and the chicken was rubbery. Tomato soup was cold and the croutons were soggy as well. Will be our last time at Panera for sure

Everything is good except for a smell inside the restaurant. Can’t figure out.

100 dollars plus order,,and not correct!!!,No cream cheese for Bagels, not the correct Bagels, wrong sandwich, Wow ,don't mind paying for the over priced food ,but at least get the orders correct!!!!
