Very clean and super new! The apartments are beautiful! Modern! The stairwell areas are CLEAN, spacious and well lit, BUT are extremely HOT and humid. Feels like an oven. There are ceiling fans but they don’t do much on a 98 degree day! The air quality isn’t good for older folks, anyone with lung issues or asthma… Beautiful complex but the stairwell areas need better ventilation. SN: There is an elevator for people to use to get to their apartment.

My initial thoughts, I found the staff to be kind and welcoming. They property is in good condition and the amenities are clean and as described in the literature. The pool is surrounded by a pretty dense tree line giving the sense of being secluded from all the city noise out in the country!

Broadstone is one of the best and most luxurious apartment communities I know off. It is a really pleasant and safe place to live. The location is great and allows for easy access to several restaurants in the Triangle Area and several places of interest. The management and maintenance teams are onsite and very responsive and helpful to tenants in many ways. I highly recommend Broadstone Trailside to anyone considering apartment living in the Triangle Area.
