Eric and Mary are awesome and friendly. No bugs or any problems with our apartment so far beyond a few insignificant issues. The shades don't work very well and there are many outlets that don't work. Internet through Google Fiber is perfect and was easy. 14ms ping on Rocket League?! Nice. 140mbps to 250mbps download speed. $70 a month is a bit steep, but you get what you pay for. Have never heard my neighbors before. Gym is great but could use a few more machines and weights. It's not very big, but it's perfect for 2 people in there at once. Apartment still smells like curry from the previous people who lived here, but that's slowly going away. Pool is awesome but not very deep. If you dive in there, you're probably not resurfacing. Less than 2 miles from Walmart which has everything you need?? Crazy. Such a good spot. Everything you could possibly need is less than 20 minutes away. This is also the PERFECT spot if you play disc golf. This is in the center of everything. So many amazing courses so close by, and Diavolo is only 13 minutes away. This area is beautiful, and the property is well maintained. The only problem is people not cleaning up after their dogs sometimes, but management is doing everything they can to get people to do the right thing. There's also a lot of dog hair on the stairs in the apartment, so I hope you aren't allergic to dogs. Completely new management took over on August 14th or so, so the old reviews are about people who don't even work here anymore. Keep that in mind. The new people are awesome.

On a move-in day my apartment was unbearably stinky like an old smoking hotel room, kitchen was dirty with food and oil inside the cabinets. It took me two days and large trash bag to clean just the kitchen. The shower has mildew between the tiles. Carpet in one of the rooms is stained throughout the bedroom with sparkly slime/ glue substance. Carpet in a master bedroom hasn’t been even vacuumed. My vacuumed picked up half full tray of beads, clothes tags, dried cockroaches and miscellaneous junk. Administration keeps telling me that carpet was cleaned twice before my move in date and dismisses my requests. I asked for them for carpet to be replaced and courtland refused. It took them two weeks to reply with their decision not to replace the carpet. During all that time all bedroom furniture are not assembled and unpacking is on hold. After two weeks of trying to air out the smell from the apartment it still stinks. When placing requests for maintenance I specified to make an appointment to enter the apartment only to find out that someone was in the apartment while I wasn’t home. They refusing to terminate contract based on faulty description of living conditions and determined to charge 3 months rent if I will move out now. At the same time not letting me to replace carpet, not replacing it themselves and offered another cleaning that is going to be provided based on availability, which may take a week or longer. Which means another week with disassembled furniture and filthy carpet.
Gee Gee
No one would care from administration or the management even after we raised a concern on poor pool maintainance.its been like this from past 5/6 weeks. Sand might not be maintainence issue but dry sinked leaves and lot of green walls and green coated floor in the pool that definitely proves low maintaiance

Upon move in my apartment was filthy with food residue through out the entire kitchen. It took them a full week to come in and clean. The shower had mildew, and the tiles in the shower had been grouted and regrouted so many times-they were in bad shape. Mind you this was a "newly renovated luxury apartment". We asked for them to be replaced and courtland refused. After living here for roughly a month the tiles physically started falling out of the wall. Part of the enclosure around the kitchen sink was falling off. It has been an entire year and they still have not replaced it. There have been nails hanging out for the entire time we have been here. It is the middle of June and the pool is STILL not open for the summer and management has sent out multiple emails pushing back the opening date. Also the hose at the dog park is for show and does not actually work.
