A -5 star would be more accurate...the pharmacy messed up/simply delayed filling my rx for weeks, getting a hold of anyone was impossible. Then, when I tried calling to get information to a new doctor so I could get the rx moved to a new pharmacy I got stuck in an endless automated loop and had to call back three times to wait on hold for an obscene amount of time waiting to talk to a human... Just don't work with these guys, go to your small, local pharmacy, you'll get better help and support a business that actually cares!

I have NO AUTO REFILL on my account, yet time and time again I receive emails from Eagle that they are sending me more Synthroid. It happened again this week. On Monday I received an email that more medication HAD BEEN sent to me. After contacting Eagle, I was told that I would receive a credit for it, but after checking w/the bank it hasn't happened. What is going on at Eagle?!?

Today was the end of a week of daily phone calls, 15 minute wait times, and customer service reps who were unwilling to assist beyond "we don't have the prescription call your doctor." Yesterday I asked to speak to a supervisor and the response was " they will tell you the same thing." Yhen puts me on hold until I hung up 10 minutes later. ENTER VICKIE !!! What a difference. I told her my frustration. Dr sent prescription originally on the 20th of May and again since then and I am being told it isn't there. Vickie said let me look for it and found it immediately. She took the time to explain the process, including telling the rep where to look next refill. She was delightful and is working to get it out today to avoid missed dose. VICKIE is a shining star in an otherwise dismal experience. She should be monetarily recognized for her exceptional customer service!!!
