We are visiting from NC and decided to try the Experience Columbus Coffee “hop”! On the last day of our trip, upon finishing our hops, we went to the Experience Columbus Arena Office, only to find it wasn’t open; however, the kind and considerate staff who happened to be working on-site today, allowed us to complete our experience on a very positive note.
