Take I'd and letter stating it was paid off or white title and they will give you a Paper saying it was paid off but it will cost you some money if you want a copy of original title

The vehicle owner needs to give you Power of attorney and it needs to be signed and notarized correctly. You can print a Power of attorney form from BMV website. The BMV may be able to print you out a blank form as well to be completed.

Yes. Just make sure the original title is notarized and your ID matches the original title. I just went today and it was 28.50 total. And yes! You still have to make an appointment! You're allowed to check in 5-10 minutes before and they'll text you letting you know you can come in and what window to go to. Hope this helps!

Right next door is the Bmv at this location and you can. This place here is just for titles. FYI if you have to go to the title place about set an appointment up first they aren't taking walk-ins. FYI the BMV does take walk-ins.

I got on the ohio auto title website in link provided scheduled my Appointment and had one the same day 3 hours later. I've also scheduled appointments a couple days out.
