The whole bridal group and bride bought their dresses here. Great customer service while trying on dresses. I got sized and they told me by the measurements I was a size 18.....mind you I am 5'6" and weigh 147 lbs. I questioned the size and was told that it was correct based upon the measurements. So excited to get the dress, beautiful it is. So I went to pick it up, tried it on and if not for the straps it would have hit the floor it was so big. When I say big, I mean I could have fit two of me in the dress. So off to get it altered!! Every bridesmaid has the same issue.

We went back in February to find a wedding dress. My consultant forgot my name a couple times, as well as our wedding month after repeating myself. After I said, “Yes” to the dress, she popped a bottle of champagne, poured glasses a quarter of the way and took it away. She said she’d grab pictures with the “She said yes!” sign though seemed more concerned about swiping my card. The associate I had also talked me into going down a size with my wedding in June, signed a contract that there would be not refunds — bad mistake. The dress came in early, I went to grab it knowing it wouldn’t fit, and the associate seemed annoyed when I said I didn’t want to try it on because it didn’t fit (which, it didn’t). No sorry, nothing for the situation, offer to help or put me in something else. I like to think of myself as a pretty understanding person, though it truly was a poor experience.

Great selection of dresses! Dresses are expensive, but very well made! Staff is very helpful! Love the store, wish the dresses were together by size. Found 2 HoCo dresses there this year. Well worth the effort of looking through all the racks.
