The Clerks are exceptional, but there is a issue with how this establishment handles its cases. Unacceptable, please don't start a case in this county, you'll regret it.... I would like to say that the new Judge PREISSE is Amazing and Magistrate REEDUS is a very exceptional Woman. They are both True Assets to The Franklin County Courthouse.!!! Very Thankful for their Elections!!!

I don't appreciate getting laughed at by an employee the state when I go in asking questions when I was directed into their office, especially since I'm clearly upset about what just happened and the fact the lady did it in front of my children. I came into the office on floor two and spoke with a gentleman about a court time for my dad for the next day to see how he would go about counter-suing and the lady behind him with blonde highlights right next to the dispositions office is going to laugh at my questions that I just asked her co-worker and treat me disrespect when clearly I don't know who I ask that is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If this is how they treat people I hope I never have to deal with them again! I can't believe that the state let's their employees act way!

This is where I come to find dirt on people 🤣

I always receive an answer or at least a timely call back. Polite, kind and very very helpful for all issues I've called about. I once called 4 times in one day and each time the woman who answered the phone was extremely helpful and didn't seem bothered by my repeated calls which was very comforting in a stressful time. I would definitely recommend calling if you have questions or concerns about a legal issue

All you need is the name of the person, although a birthday would be helpful, and you can search them on the website. Just Google Franklin County Common Pleas Court for felonies or Franklin County Municipal Court for misdemeanors.
You have to either get it online or come to the court to have them print it

375 is only for misdomeanors. 345 is common pleas for felonies and 373 is for anything juvenile or domestic like divorce. Please make sure you know what type of case you have. Each court is separate from each other and can only access their own records. I work for the courts and the number one issue we have is people not understanding that each court works independently from each other. Also actually read your paperwork and read the signs on the building you enter. It'll save both you and us from a headache and prevent you from getting mad at us for sending you somewhere else because you couldn't bother to read or pay attention or know why you're there in the first place.
Call them.

Yes. Go to fcmcclerk.com. Click 'search records.' Enter your case number or name. Click on your case in the resulting search screen. There should be a green box at the top of the screen that says "make online payment." (This answer refers to how to pay fines for misdemeanor criminal, traffic, and some civil cases. If your case is out of juvenile, felony, or another court, the process will be different.) Be aware that, if a case has a mandatory court appearance, paying the fine will not relieve you of your responsibility to show up to court.
