Disappointed Customer

I encourage anyone reading these reviews to pay attention to the number of likes on the negative reviews versus the number of likes on the positive reviews. I reported an issue with water leaking into a unit and was still attempting to get someone to look at it six months later. Employees are abrasive and arrogant while only interested in directing all requests elsewhere. Perhaps they have taken on too many properties to reliably support them. Beware.

Buyer Beware, This property management company is probably one of the worst anyone can hire to maintain their property. They have very little to no customer service at all. I do not do business with them. I was however at one time entertaining the idea and had some of their customers whom happen to be personal friends of mine fill me in on their let’s say less than desirable customer service practice’s. I actually had to reach out to this company today and was going back and forth with one of their very inexperienced property managers. Prior to reaching out to them I actually reached out directly to one of the owners of another property they manage and once again I was informed by that owner that they are not a company anyone should do business with. Please understand I do not do business with this company. I am however writing a review for all those unfortunate customers who fell into their trap of being a good property management company. Don’t be one of those customers go somewhere else. It’s not even worth your time to entertain doing business with this company because from what I hear they don’t live up to their own expectations. Buyer Beware Update: This actually has to do with the POOR customer service your company provides. All one has to do is reach out to the unsatisfied customers of which their are many to get the truth. Don’t listen to me, do your own homework as a customer and find the truth for yourself. I am simply stating a fact. Don’t be fooled by the numerous great reviews which are very suspect!

Again this management had failed miserably in the costumer service area. They bellitled our complains, and do all they can to avoid doing anything . The so called manager assigned to our building certainly does not know how to do his job. This is not the first time I give them a bad rating, and apparently they could not care less about it!

Great staff and they always do their best to accommodate the residents' requests to the best of their ability. Highly recommended!
