Andrew took the time to work with us to get to a place where we were happy at this point with a solution. He tried many different scenarios, and when and ONLY when we were content, was our encounter done. He was crazy helpful, and we will be returning to see him in a couple weeks to follow up on our incident. I have put it on my calendar so to make sure it is when he is working and not on his days off. He's an asset to this store.
