Prices are always good and my dog loves going there.

I truly believe that Dr. E. Platko and Dr. C. Cassidy has to be one of the most incompetent and unethical veterinarians around the area. They have no plan for when your pet become sick. You bring your dog/cat and they treat them like a number with no compassion. I had a horrible experience with both vets at Banfield in Northborough and highly suggest from the bottom of my heart not to consider them as your primary vet. Your pets do not deserve their mediocre medical procedures and neglect. Their price is probably the same as any other Vet around the area and their "comprehensive plan" is basically a saving plan so you don't have to pay everything up front. There is so many Vet offices around the area and I'm sure that the Vets have much better qualifications and actually care about your beloved pets. I would give Banfield Northborough a negative 5 stars if I could.

Everyone working there from the vets, vet techs, and receptionists you couldn’t ask for more. Their care plans truly are a life saver. They go above and beyond for every step with your pet, I couldn’t ask for a better team to take care of my babies.

The hospital will be your best source for pricing information, but for a rough estimate on certain services, you can also use our pricing calculator found on our site.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
Just be prepared to arrive there and find out that they closed early, even though you called ahead of time.
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
