Friendly staff but not serving fresh items. I ordered half a dozen donuts all to which were very hard. Another customer there had to ask them to make fresh coffee!!! This customer also mentioned that he has been there other times and he never gets anything fresh.

My friend and I went to this Dunkin recently and the cashier walked away without even asking if we wanted our change back and also dropped my friend’s bagel on the floor. It was in the bag at least.

No matter when I stop here everyone is friendly and respectful. They do their best to fill orders quickly even at peak times.
