The service was terrible. I waited over an hour for the female Doctor to see me. The Doctor was very unprofessional when she came into the room. She called me a “B****” to my face and raised her voice at me when we were in the room because I called her out for not addressing one of the reasons I came to the clinic. Then she denied calling me a “B****.” The treatment I received from this doctor was so unbelievably terrible, I had to write this while still in the office. I will make a complaint with the Doctor’s supervisor tomorrow when she is in the office. I do not feel safe being in the room with this woman and don’t feel safe with her knowing any of my health information. I had the nurse in the room with me the remainder of my visit because of the doctor’s behavior. I will never return to this location due to the treatment I received from the doctor today.

I would give a 0 star if possible. DO NOT recommend going to this clinic for any services, even for simple sliver. Receptionist was exceptionally rude, snappy, and had poor bedside manner. Have been wrongly diagnosed, and the treatment made the condition worse. Had to go to another Clinic to receive appropriate care and accrued more expenses.

I will never go back! I went in for a strep test. The man came in and did the swab and said that it would take 5 minutes but there were 2 people in front of me. After an hour and a half of being stuck in a freezing cold room, sick and in pain I opened the door and asked for help. Another person said that they would check on it. Never came back. After another 15 min I opened the door again and no one was there. I said hello several times and no one came. I yelled for someone to please help me and finally someone came. I explained that I was frozen sick and in pain and has been waiting an hour and 45 min for a 5 minute test result. The doctor looked confused and said that he would be in soon. After 2 hours at carewell I finally got my results. I left there feeling worse than when I got there. So horrible and almost abusive to leave a sick person in a tiny room frozen like that for 2 hours. And I also had an appointment and was on time. This is the last time I step foot in a carewell.

First time visited this place, first scan the QR code and fill out all the information including the pictures of your insurance card, credit card. After answering million questions on the app, the questions will repeat again at the counter and they asked mty insurance card to scan again. Entered patient room and i have to fill out all the information again for the same questions. I have to wait 45min in the patient room to see the doctor. This place is junk yard.
