Bought a brand new car not even a year ago. Within this year, I’ve had a gas leak that they tried to blame on me, but had no damage to the vehicle otherwise and I never hit anything. Had to spend almost $1300 out of pocket. Not even a month later (the day after my wedding) had a massive gas leak that could have been ended poorly for my family and I. Thankfully not the case, but nonetheless I’ve had to go weeks without a car, 100s probably lost in gas, and life put in jeopardy multiple times all to hear there’s nothing we can do for ya. All while these people were condescending and rude to my wife and I. Absolutely terrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. These cars are junk. And no I don’t need a reply with (sorry you went through this, Blah blah blah). None of you care what so ever

The Service Departments is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday and they are closed on Sunday.

If you bought a car there and it was included with your original sales contract then yes but if not then you would have to contact the dealership and speak to them directly, ask for a manager for better results.
