Michelle was absolutely wonderful and understanding towards our financial limitations and help me get the car I desperately wanted. (Subaru BRZ 22!) Everyone else was very friendly and made sure we were helped any time we walked in. The 6 hour drive I had to do to get the car I wanted, I'm glad it was at this dealership!

So far, I've only used the service department for oil changes and tire rotations, and I've found the service advisors to be friendly and professional. They will mention major-service options, but there's no hard sell and their prices are in line with other dealerships. If you're on their mailing list, they periodically offer coupons for parts and service. The dealership is built into the side of a hill, with only the top floor visible at street level. Getting to the service department requires a short drive down a steep service road, located to the right of the main parking lot, with a u-turn to enter it. For the best experience, arrive with an appointment, obtained through their website or by phone. Although their website mentions an Express Service, where oil changes and tire rotations don't require an appointment, I tried to use it once and a service advisor told me to get an appointment, which I did, for the next day. Whether you're waiting or dropping off, you'll climb the stairs to get from the service department to the street-level waiting areas or parking lot. If you're waiting for your vehicle, they have nice indoor and outdoor waiting areas. Indoors, you'll find comfortable sofas and chairs, a big-screen TV, and a self-service beverage counter, with easy access to restrooms and the showroom. Outdoors, there are all-weather chairs and tables and a nice view of Mt. Diablo and the valley. If you're dropping off your vehicle after hours, you'll walk up the steep service road to return to the front of the dealership. Recommended.

I had my daughter 's Impreza 2020 serviced here. Very prompt and on time. Some services I did myself like cabin filter change and I saved money. The service staff gives choices and make recommendations. But won't pressure you on getting the service. Mostly I use for oil change and points check. I highly recommend walnut creek Subaru.

Ashur was very friendly and helpful as a salesperson. He got me the deal I was looking for and made the process as painless as possible. Very good process for a car dealership!! Finance Manager Juan was also helpful and friendly. Great place if you are looking for a Subaru. I’d go here over other places based on this experience, hope it repeats itself for my next one.

Try to call the sales and have them transfer you to service department

hi, I either lost or locked my keys in my car...1998 Subaru Outback. What is the cheapest way to get a new key?

If you have AAA call them to unlock it. If you don't have a spare you have to go through Subaru to have one made. There are other places like Ace hardware that do them but I think you have to have one they can use.

Are you still in busness? Nobody picks up your phone!!!

Try again. I just called them and they answer. I reported. To check the phones.
