Stan is a great guy. Very helpful. If you want him to order a part call 2 times, he won't order it on the first call because he says too many people abandoned their order. Or go in to the store. I called him Monday night after 6 and he answered told me what I could do and bring him. He is closed Tuesday (gotta have 1 day off). Removing the part was as simple as he said. I brought it in today, Wednesday. He checked it for me and we found the solution. Easy. I didn't even spend money. This guy was great. Way easier than I could get on YouTube or Google. My dad has been going to him for years. Highly recommend Stan and his store for DIY appliance repair.

We knowledgeable personal. If you can not wait for your parts to be delivered. This the place to go. One of the few brick and mortar places left in the East side of San Jose where you can get last minute parts for your appliance.

This guy knows his stuff! 3 other people walked in at the same time as me, and he knew exactly what they needed, had it, and was super efficient about it. I had a part i needed for a 1960s made gas furnace that 4 modern hardware and HVAC supply stores didn't even know what to do with, but within a few minutes of walking in, the proprietor knew what the problem was, had the part, told me what to do, and had me out the door. Super benevolent, very dedicated to helping people. If we had more human beings like this guy, planet earth would be a better place.

Staff is helpful and they carry what I need to repair my Samsung washer door boot. I am really glad that my local store actually carries so many different parts and thanks to them, I was able to fix my washer the same day it was broken.
