My company uses Fidelity for 401K and HSA and I am not very happy with them. They are very very difficult to get on the phone, and seem to typically be closed. If my company offered an alternative, I would switch companies.

Don't think they do direct. Best to call or check their web site. They might have partners who underwriite.
