This store is well stocked much better than most stores especially when it comes to small tools. The parking lot seems pretty well organized and they don’t share it with anyone else except a Starbucks out on the corner. Having a Starbucks on the corner is a bonus. The staff is well educated in their knowledge of their inventory and quick to help and readily available. This is by far the best Home Depot I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to Home Depot‘s throughout the country from coast to coast top to bottom

I shop at the Capital Expressway HD in San Jose and have pretty good luck w in stock materials. I'm not one of these people who have to go to HD 3 or 4 times a week but I usually am in there once a week. The people who are in the different departments actually know about the items in that area. Other locations have employees who don't know much about the areas they work in.

DO NOT ACCEPT/SIGN OFF ON DELIVERY FROM THEM UNLESS THE ITEM IS PERFECT AND FULLY INSTALLED!! THEY WILL NOT COME BACK LIKE THEY PROMISE! Had a terrible experience buying a fridge and a stove top. Their delivery contractor Temco dropped off the appliances in my garage and said they didn't have enough people to bring it upstairs and install. I had to reschedule for a week later for a team of 3 people to come back and install it. Next week got an automated call with time frame of delivery and no one showed and Temco told me they couldn't locate installers or tell me when they would arrive. No follow up and no care for all the wasted time waiting on them. Had to go to HD store to schedule another install appt-2 ppl showed up again and refused to do it. Then another scheduled appt… I couldn’t use my garage the whole time, or my appliances, and after 3 weeks I paid friends to help me bring it all upstairs and install ourselves-2 guys managed to do it.

I paid $1300 for a new tool box, came to pick it up the next day when I had my truck and had to wait 1 hour for them to find it and all they found was the packaging and said it was stolen in the middle of the night, then I agreed to pick up a new one on Saturday morning a week later I get here and they pull out this bent up floor display/ scratch and dent model that someone had crashed into with a forklift along with many other dents and scratches, they customer service rep said he could give me $75 off and 3 hours in it's still not resolved. Shop at your own risk.

Bonny you're better off calling your local store for that question or maybe check the website, if that doesn't work try calling another store out of your area, sometimes different locations offer different services. Good luck.
