These guys do delivery terrible. Never comes when they originally say. Super inconsiderate. It’s a nice summer weekend. I would like to enjoy it with my kids but instead we are stuck sitting at home for something that should have been delivered yesterday. Yea well we missed a family bbq where I was going to be able to see my friends dad for the first time in a while who is sick. Thanks a lot for having Lowe standards!

I’m glad I had Jing, a customer service representative, answer the phone when I called in the morning to see if they had portable air conditioners and she said they did not get their shipment yet, I receive a call about 10 minutes later from her correcting that they did receive shipment. I was able to get a portable air conditioner because she called back, I was grateful for her to go out of her way to do that!

Has a good selection of home improvement products. I wasn't sure if the selection is noticeably less than Home Depot, but my sense is that this Lowe's is a little smaller than the nearby Home Depot. There were plenty of helpful staff. I couldn't find what I needed, but I don't think Home Depot had it either. I ended up ordering what I needed from Amazon.com. Online ordering is sometimes easier than wandering around these immense stores trying to track down some arcane part.

Lumber area was very well organized, clean, tidy and all of the lumber was well marked with size and prices. Plenty of educated people ready to help if needed. I was impressed, not at all like my recent experience at Home Depot Tukwilla. I think I've found a new place to purchase my household needs.
