My wife and I use to love this place but their service lately has been severely lacking. The food itself is still delicious, but twice we ordered through their website and they "claimed" they never received our orders, even after showing them the order numbers after we had paid for each order. This resulted in TWICE having to wait an extra half hour to receive an order that was already VERIFIED through their website. I highly suggest calling in directly to the restaurant for a better ordering experience instead of ordering through the website!

It’s always a hassle getting food near Southcenter mall on a Saturday, but Simply Thai and their staff were very attentive and quick to get food to our table. The food is delicious. The restaurant is a warm atmosphere. I’ll know where to go the next time I’m in town
