Four stars for somewhat weak of in the lumbar department and hard to find a clerks to ask questions or directions! It’s a fully stocked store and easy to park. Employees also friendly and helpful if you can find them. The return desk always busy specially in the morning! I like their garden center which has wide variety of plants and flowers to choose! And there also a cashier to check you out.

before the pandemic customer service was great, very clean and organized store, now no different than home depot it's a mess, terrible service, i waited half an hour in pluming dep. no one showed up even they called on the walkie talkie radio. I would give it a 0 star , but it has to be at least one to post it.

-ve 5 stars for 2 store managers that I have come across in my 7 visits to store. Some of the most aggressive and unhelpful managements I have come across and I work in Seller Services! They need training, retraining, some floor time, and customer experience approach. Exception - shout-out to 2 staffs (cant name them here) in plumbing who acknowledged and apologised for their colleagues/managers behavior on multiple occasions +4 stars for the assortments - Lowe's have some of the better assortments in pantry, vanities and so on, better than home depot and Amazon. Overall horrible management experience on multiple occasions, some of the floor staff are really good, and given available, sell good stuff.

Plants are healthy but Lowe's staff wasting a lot of water, slippery everywhere (outdoor section). Bit costlier than competitors. Make sure to check their clearance rack. I've got $2 sage and lavender plants (not in bad shape tho).

Because everyone who has a home is nwsting in place. The staff here do a good job. They actually tried really hard for me. Put your N94 on and make a list before you go. Take hand wipes with you and wipe after touching things. Be patient. This is happening to all of us. And yeah, cube side pickup reps are all squares, they're prolly off listening to Barry Manilow CDs.🤣

I would go to their website for pricing. Also if you do check the website it gives you the location to find your item once in the store (aisle and section) plus pricing. Besides it may also let you know how many are available.
Not that I know of but you can check online and find a reputable handyman they do have contractors for larger installations like carpet cabinets and flooring
