If I could give them zero star, I would. My online orders never arrived, and the delivery dates got pushed so many times without notices. I called customer care, and they forwarded me to this store as it’s handling my orders. An associate put me on a forever hold and told me it’s ready at the store and waiting to be delivered. I asked them if I can just come to pick it up instead, they said no and promise to deliver the items the next day. On the day of delivery, I called them again to ensure. They told me that it’s not there and the new delivery date is 3 weeks later. That’s nearly 2 months from the date I ordered. I asked them why I was given falsified information and they rudely told me it’s what it is and hung up. The least they can do was to apologize and give me give me a chance to speak of the situation. Terrible experience.

My wife love this place. Closet to home. But the service or advisor is no help, they have no clues of where, what the items in store. Don’t wastes times ask for help. Bad CS. Cashier in the garden is nice but limit to cashier, nothing else.

I also didn’t experience great customer service before especially in cashier lines, but today I shopped for the new washer. Ms Martha really helped us well nicely and everything was fast and efficient. There are good workers there and electric products are quite nice comparing other stores. Will go again.

I went to the paint counter, where the clerk was. (I didn't see a name tag). He was helping an interior designer person with lots of small paint can requests. I waited 5-10 minutes, saw it would still be longer, went and cruised the garden area for a few minutes. Went back to paint counter, he was still helping the customer. After all that time I left my cart and walked out. You know why? Not once did he make eye contact, say hello, say he was busy helping, but would get time asap, nothing! It was like he was actually avoiding me. I went to Home Depot and was out in 15 minutes. Too bad

Lowes customer service needs to change. I called at 4 pm but the phone keeps on ringing and then hanged up. I called multiple times and a very rude lady answered and said everybody is gone after 3pm. I told her I am supposed to see someone at the store at 4 regarding the appliance I am buying but I will be there at 5 instead of 4. I told her the store doesn't close until 9 and I want to get some infos so that I can finish the purchase quickly. She said call before 3 the next day and hanged up. The CEO and managers needs to check who is handling the calls after 3 and investigate this person. I called again and she picked up phone and hanged up. I wanted to finalize my purchase and just pay at the store but I couldn't communicate to anyone. Not sure if the person in charge works for answering service or employee of Lowes. Replace her and hire someone local to handle calls after 3pm. This is a big store and person like that don't deserve the job.

They did last year, I'm not too sure if they are supplying them this year or not. They were in the garden center by the glass doors. They come in containers that rumind me of worm fishing containers and I believe they ran about $15 a container.
