I would give zero star No professionalism i came at 3:30 for my appointment at 3:40 checked in Doctors ordered test a week ago and the lady told me they are not in the system i went to dr office to get the hard copy i came back at 3:55 and she said it’s too late we can’t do it

Falsely claimed they'd be able to do a STAT blood test. Many hours later, result still not available. Should have gone elsewhere. Also, the technician asked uneccessary invasive questions which had nothing to do with the test under the guise of small talk. The best part, you can't reach a person calling the number listed.

The staff there is rude and most the time there is no one at the front desk. No greeting..just...."if you don't uave an appointment we can't help you"... after waiting forever because there's no one out front. I would recommend the Samaritan location, service is so good there

Hard to fathom how Quest could get worse when they were already awful. By eliminating receptionists they have made the patient's experience a true ordeal. They don't seem to be taking walk-ins at the moment so I had to make an appointment online. Arrived punctually to an empty waiting room…I still had to wait nearly 20 minutes to be called. Then the fun began. The phlebotomist, who is obviously unskilled at data entry, has to input all my personal and insurance data despite my having visited this location numerous times before. This process took roughly six times longer than the actual procedure. I don't know how but every blood draw they do, no matter who performs it, results in a large hematoma. With, at most, one other patient there I should have been in and out in five minutes. The contempt for clients and even their own employees is apparent and disgusting
