Lowes customer service needs to change. I called at 4 pm but the phone keeps on ringing and then hanged up. I called multiple times and a very rude lady answered and said everybody is gone after 3pm. I told her I am supposed to see someone at the store at 4 regarding the appliance I am buying but I will be there at 5 instead of 4. I told her the store doesn't close until 9 and I want to get some infos so that I can finish the purchase quickly. She said call before 3 the next day and hanged up. The CEO and managers needs to check who is handling the calls after 3 and investigate this person. I called again and she picked up phone and hanged up. I wanted to finalize my purchase and just pay at the store but I couldn't communicate to anyone. Not sure if the person in charge works for answering service or employee of Lowes. Replace her and hire someone local to handle calls after 3pm. This is a big store and person like that don't deserve the job.
Wear a mask
They have what has become these days pretty standard for covid containment.... Everyone is wearing masks, they have sanitizers at the front door, Shields around the cash register, etc. I think there are municipal policies in place that require all stories to operate the same way and Lowe's is no exception.
