This is the worst place I have ever be. Costumer service are so rude, the cashier is rude. If you need help to find something, the employee doesn’t know nothing. Well Home Depot is a big business and doesn’t care about costumer.

Terrible customer service we waited for someone in the Hardware section for 20 minutes but no one showed up even after being paged multiple times. The store was very dirty. Extremely frustrating trying to find what you need with little assistance. The one star is for the young lady that helped us from the mill work section.

Let's say you paid with a credit card they can pull up that credit card number and it'll show the purchase
No need Receipt，just bring that credit card when that day you used, and bring the stuff, go to customer service and they will return to your credit card
If they do they will just put you on eternal hold.
