Place is beautiful staff excellent. Parking is awful. The boss parked behind me and I had a very difficult time getting out. It was very rude to park like that .the employee I mentioned it to was rude.

Glorified pawn shop. Never even saw the person who is the “expert”. He had his employee come insult my art choice by telling me I paid too much with no justification, when asked what he was basing it on I got no answer, and the expert would not even come tell me face to face. Handful of Rolex watches but mostly some off brands that they say are just as good as a Rolex.

Has Hess had any Virus issues with shipping items? Is it safe to go into store? How are they handling Covid protocol with handling? I bid on item and won put they canceled because of covid. The real truth is they didn’t get what they wanted for item . They put it back up for bid. They had no problem sending items during Covid when they make enough money. Deleted from my watch list. Ebay said they can , why not they make them a lot of money.
