Not sure I understand the question, it's a beach that allows riding if u being your horse . Just ride and swim.. other than highway tolls there is no cost. If u want ride with a company that brings horses, u pay them for the ride, usually to ride with those companies its about $150. Me, I just being my own tailored horse and enjoy the sand and surf. There is no beach cost
