Simply been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months now with little to no response. I gave them a heads up that I would start leaving negative reviews until my membership was cancelled. This did not seem to bother them enough to respond. In the process I found out they were double charging me for a year. So basically I've lost close to $1000 to these folks and can't get a response. Overall unprofessional.
