This park is wack. Too slippery and transition is laughable. This is a token park hidden in the back by the baseball field. The only fun thing in this whole park is the wall on the outside by the upper quarter pipe to do pendulums or layback blunts a la Tim Jackson style. Can get crowded easily.

Skate by paid online appointment only, helmet /pads required. Tiny park, rude attendants who don’t like skaters, tickets for skateboarding without pads, all around epic fail for Manhattan Beach. Very non-supportive stance toward youth in the community who need a consistent safe place to skate. Shameful.

Great skatepark with a good layout. Bit crowded on weekends and no need for full protective gear as there is no one on duty. Good quarter pipes and good half pipes. Didn’t try out the banks because they were too busy. Besides the snakes, good park overall

The transitions were perfect for me to work on front side grinds, I witnessed a new skater learn to drop in and I believe these are perfect ramps for it. The locals seem friendly, water on site, bathrooms are at the fields.
