My experience here was OK. I don’t like apple stores very much but I got my iPad mini replaced in about 25 minutes. Staff was friendly as well.. some refreshments while waiting would be nice..

Tyler is a stud that’s all there is to it customer service studs like Tyler are extremely friendly very helpful very patient and extraordinarily good listeners which is good for me because I’m an extraordinarily loudmouth talker… I was having problems with my Apple earbuds which is we all know are literally engineered to be annoying when they’re not in your ear however when they work they are fantastic luckily Tyler was able to figure out that unfortunately I was going to have to send them away for a week but this didn’t even take him 10 minutes to provide me with a solution to be very helpful and the whole time very courteous the rest of the store staff seemed amazing and friendly as well so hats off to the store for having exceptionally friendly service a wonderful Lay out and some of the most helpful people I’ve experienced in retail nobody worries about price with Apple it’s all about value

It's like any other Apple store, but I'll give this one five stars because of the girl who helped us. The was super nice and sooo efficient! She got everything we needed and helped us with everything without any trouble. Excellent service 👍

I had 3 laptops that needed to be looked at. I had booked 3 separate appointments just to be sure. Was glad they had them available. I have noticed that the appointment times get booked up rather quickly. Our tech was the only one on staff and he was friendly, didn’t try to sugar coat things or try to upsell. The manager even let us stay 15min after closing to finish the backup process for one of the laptops which he did not need to do. Had to ship 2 laptops out, one for a new keyboard (under warranty) and the other for a new battery since they didn’t have any in stock. While a pain, they did meet their expectations with timing (Friday drop-off and Wed pickup) and the pickup process was straightforward, and no appointment needed. The rep reviewed each laptop to make sure they were accurately completed.

Probubly. It depends on the damage. I would recommend bringing it in, although if you are especially good with electronics, you might want to grab some tools and check out an iFixit guide for help. (If you don't know what iFixit is, DO NOT attempt the repair because it voids your warenty)

I don't think apple support will respond to you here but if your iphone is recent try calling them or going to the location if the previous response doesn't work for you. You may even have to restore your iphone with a wired connection to a computer to itunes as I've been there and that was the only option I had at that time.

Appointment for Apple is the process and be there early , cauze U have to wait for the genius guys.They give U 30 minutes to 1:00 hour of appointment length and for a year of purchase the service is free.It is very busy area so be early.I waited an hour the second time i need their service.The first time I was out in a 30 minutes appt.So there is guy with a computer pad to in list your name and make sure U R on the list for genius service.I went to Manhattan Village between Rosecrans/ Sepulveda .The customer service is awesome and great customer service above and beyond professional character. The time I went it was crowded and I had to make an appointment. The sales guy made my appointment but you can call as well and the automated service can schedule an appointment.
