Extremely rude and immature. Was charged a 70% markup on an international shipment and later told "We charge a substantial markup for postal items " and when I inquired about how they reached that cost figure on those fees (such as a percentage or cost tiers), I was told "That is NONE of your business". It comes off as extremely dishonest and borderline criminal to not be transparent about what the extra charge is used for but to add to that rudeness, hostility and responding to emails with "NO", is hardly helpful and a poor way to run a business or treat people in general. At no point was I demanding a refund. I just wanted to know why the 70% markup and would have given repeat business because I could have dealt with such a mark up; if I understood there was a viable reason. Unfortunately, they opted to act sketchy and treat me like dirt. On top of everything, the inappropriate behavior is attributed to it being the holiday season. It is pretty pathetic and heartless to gouge shipping costs during a time where people will be shipping gifts to family and friends who cannot be with each other due to the pandemic.

I'm a tourist from Australia. I arrived with a package near to closing time (6.30pm) - was served almost immediately by the only lady in the store who was very helpful. Input all info onto label for me, took me through all options for postage and insurance and told me how I could track the package and when it was scheduled to arrive. Even when there were more customers waiting, she didn't make me feel as though it was a hassle for her. I'm sorry I didn't notice her name. Outstanding!!
