Im not one to leave reviews but I had such a positive experience here and I feel like sharing.💯 I say if you are searching for a new car this is the place to go. My sales lady Sierra was so helpful in helping me decide what kind of car was best for my situation. She took time with me and made me feel comfortable. I'm so in love with my decision! AWESOME! Wasn't even planning on getting a car. Wife found it while looking for son a car. And just asked if they had a Blue BMW. She showed it to me that night. Went with them to pickup son's car. Looked over everything could not find a single mechanical issue and I took it home. They have quality vehicles good prices considering today's market. They made it super easy from start to finish I was driving home in a couple of hours. My family bought 2 cars from them. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a truly great quality used car at a fair price. Barry was extremely detailed and went over everything clearly and made sure we understood every step.

We had a wonderful experience finding our Subaru Forester! We came to Auction Direct at 7:30 on a Saturday evening after not finding what we wanted at another dealership. We found our perfect car with Nate’s help but weren’t able to test drive it since it was so late. Nate was nice enough to come in the next day, on his day off, to help us. We test drove the Forester, loved it, and bought it that same day. Couldn’t have had a smoother, more pleasant experience!

Went in thinking that I will not be able to purchase a vehicle because I had only been working for one month. My credit was not the best and so I just went in hoping that they would give me more information and maybe return at a later date once I have better credit and more work experience. But they were very friendly very accommodating and worked with me to put me in a vehicle the same day. I am very grateful because now I have a car to go to work at an affordable payment plan. I would recommend getting a car from them.

I've used the service department multiple times and had great experiences. I've even had large work done, which included getting new rotors, brakes, tires, and fluids.
