In December, my previous vehicle became an over-sized paperweight, and I no longer saw any value in continuing to try and keep the old thing running. Consequentially, the next month consisted of plenty of visits to many different car lots around the Raleigh area. Many of them left a incredibly poor impression. As of writing this, the world is still dealing with a computer-chip shortage that has caused many prices to rise- particularly, the price of automobiles. Naturally, I expected to break the bank- If I wanted a quality vehicle, this was unavoidable. Shopping around other lots though, I found plenty of dinged, beat up vehicles with 150k miles or more selling for $25k+, armed to the teeth with salesman pressuring me into buying the car before even allowing me to test drive it. For those who wish to avoid an experience like this, I give my golden star to Elite Auto Sales. Firstly, the staff there are wonderful- I’ve personally dealt with Carl, Rudy, and Chris. I kept coming back to this lot because every time I did, the staff were incredibly patient with me and willing to work with me to help get a vehicle that best fits my needs. It was incredibly clear to me from the beginning that nobody on this lot would force me into getting something for the sake of making a sale- quality of sale is something Elite Auto Sales takes seriously, and certainly it is quality they exceed in; every car on this lot is near spotless. They don’t skip out on the details- check under the hoods of some of these vehicles, especially compared to what’s on other lots, and you will see exactly what I mean. Elite Auto also has something that no other lot I’ve seen has right now- fair prices. Being completely honest, there were some vehicles on Elite Auto’s lot that absolutely bewildered me with how unreasonably good the prices were. For every other vehicle, the prices were, to reiterate, incredibly fair. Perhaps the one critique I could give, is that when I was purchasing my vehicle, I was told that the prices at Elite are non-negotiable. If you’re like me at all, and have had to purchase vehicles for yourself more than once now, you know that price negotiation is the nature of the beast when it comes to securing a deal on a vehicle. However put off you may be by this, Elite is the one lot I’ll give a pass on this. If not only for everything stated previously, also consider their excellent service. I bought a vehicle they had very recently procured, and they hadn't finished detailing it yet. Everything about the car was perfect, it was only missing hubcaps. Before I had purchased it, the hubcaps were already on the way. I have relatively new credit, but they went to bat to try and get me a loan that was manageable for me- and they succeeded. When they needed a follow up on my paperwork, I was very busy with work, but they sent someone to drive to my job so I could make sure my paperwork was taken care of in a timely manner. And once the hubcaps came in, they followed through and put them on for me. Shopping for cars in 2022 certainly can be an awful experience- to those looking for a solution, look no further than Elite Auto Sales.

My wife and I went in to find an inexpensive backup car. We met Carl and asked him a lot of questions. He took his time with us and gave me the keys to several cars and let me look. He got called away while we test drove a couple of cars, and when we were done, he was engaged with someone else. He didn't make us wait. He introduced us to Ruby, and she continued with great service and patience to get us through the application process. Then, we met Ji, the financial manager. He got the best loan, quickly, friendly, and professionally, and got us out in the car we chose. Great job. 👍

We are very Covid friendly. Employees might not have on their masks from time to time if there are no customers and if you see one of them with out a mask and you request that they wear one, they will gladly honor your request. Since the Governor has reconsidered the social distancing needs we feel that it is at the discretion of the individual.
