I have only lived here a couple of months but so far it's been great. I like to sit on my front porch and surf the internet and people walk by and say hi and have introduced themselves and welcomed to the community. It's a really quiet park and the only noise has been coming from E 14th, and we can't do anything about that. Overall it has been a very pleasant experience moving here and the manager Dave has been wonderful since the first time I spoke with him on the phone back in January. Everyone here keeps an eye on each other and helps out when and where they can if it's needed. It's a nice community with good people and I'm very happy I moved here.

I visit Trailer Haven weekly to service my rv, and it is always a pleasant experience. The facilities are easy to access, always clean, and always open during the posted hours. Dave and his staff are attentive and super friendly. I'm glad to be a customer and grateful for this service.

Trailer haven is the most convenient RV park in the bay area for me. I’m a private chef that operates An lives out of my rv. I come to the park regularly, sometimes 3 - 4 times a month. I’m always greeted by Dave & George, they do a great …

WHERE DO I START? The current "manager" Dave and his sidekick George are a JOKE!! The company that owns the park is a JOKE. It's very loud, dirty and not maintained at all. HORRIBLE PARK. And there are Children Evvvvery where, on bikes and scooters, running into cars, not getting out of the way. VERY DANGEROUS FOR THEM AND THE DRIVER. Dave will do NOTHING ABOUT ANYTHING YOU BRING TO HIS ATTENTION. WHO OWNS THIS PARK? WHERE'S THE MANAGEMENT? The office is dark and empty 99% of the time...... My car window was busted out while parked in front of my house, Dave didn't care. All he said was 'you need cameras'. He said I was the only complainer!! NOPE, I have talked to several folks this month and found out he lied to me. The Rent increases are off the charts, THIS PLACE IS GETTO!!! Beware and find a better "MOBILE HOME PARK"!!! Monti Christo, you are a Slumlord

On the street is the only FREE place. Just read the parking signs carefully. I've been on the street 2 months, just move once a week. Visit RV stations to clean out tanks every 3 weeks. No one is willing to let strangers park in their huge empty lot..even for a little bit of rent. I've already asked.
if you are still looking I have one available !!
There is a large variety of dogs at this park. They dont seem to care about breed as long as the dogs remain on leash and under control. Barking needs to be controlled cuz everyone is right next to each other and there are people of all types and all schedules
They have room 4 you... I live in a 40 foot Trailer.. I guess it depends on the driver...
Depends on what you can afford. Trailer haven has leases that are on the high end, but it is a convenient location. The central valley would be a lot more cost efficient, but long commute if you work in the bay area.
Yes. The fee is for the space the mobile home sits on.
Contact the office for that information
My friend pays 900/month for her single wide space, there is onsite laundrymat, i think they allow one dog. Most of the people are pretty nice.
I don't own it.
Wrong park.
No these are perminent located trailers
I don't no but lived here you have to come down to the office ok good area
Im not sure but i lived here i pay monthly rate you can comes in and ask them
NO
NO
Don't know, but try the tree's mobile home Park in Concord
They do, but I dont know what they charge
I have no sposts right now that would fit a 34ft 5th wheeler and we only do long term . the rent is 950.00 a month
You can pay for a space to park your rig yes
Come look around
Come in and go to the office. Allison will be there.
How much per month and do you have Any space left to rent
1000 to 1500 depending space and they have a house for sale sometimes
Yes for long term
No
Prices vary based on lot size but say for instance I average anywhere between $850 a month to 1200 depending on electrical usage or other utilities and whether or not I need to fill a 20 gallon propane tank at 78 bucks a pop you would have to buy a trailer either an existing one or find a spot that's available and put one on it but you first have to pass background at the office before anything moves forward. As far as I'm aware everybody at trailerhaven is an owner of their unit we just pay space rent plus utilities
The owners don't look at Google. You'll have to call the office.
Dont know. Contact office
