People who work here are really untrained, uneducated, ridiculously rude and lack of honesty. They refused to give any help on a missing package at their store, certainly not doing their job. Plus, I heard two staffs talked behind a previous customer’s back. They were speaking Cantonese so I can understand. What they said was really horrible and disgusting that I can’t even put in here. This is not looking good.

I don't know what's going on, but I've had several packages Next Day Aired from this location and and I'm currently dealing with the 3rd time that they apparently didn't hand off or deliver the package to the UPS shipping network. Needless to say its the 3rd time in the past few months that I didn't get my package on time/when it was paid for to be delivered. I really hope that this location can get it together as my friends and business associates use this location often as it's close to their homes and businesses. And I count on the store to do the job correctly. I will gladly edit this review if the money back guarantee is received and the situation is rectified in a timely manner..

The previous owner was Professional, Courteous and Respectful! The new owners apparently have NO CLUE when it comes to Customer Service. They are Rude, Unprofessional and Disrespectful. The lady even said to me that I should find someplace else to get my mail. That's exactly what I'm going to do! I don't recommend anyone doing ANY business with them! And I've been a customer for over 15 years!! In response to your reply: Your associate is a LIAR! !! She started yelling not me. When transferred to a different person, I simply asked them to confirm the box number so I could be sure I wasn't paying for somone else's box by mistake. If they did not know they should have asked. It's of no consequence. I stick by my review and after 15 years, I will be moving my address.

Great place to set up P.O. box, make copies, and or send packages. Owner is friendly, employees are helpful and informative. Store is located in good area. Plenty of parking space available. Handicap accessible. Not a good place to bring small children for it is a small store but they are welcome. Store is keeped stocked up and clean. No computers available. I highly recommend this store. I always have a great experience.
