Took over 1 week to get my package to me. 1 week after it was supposed to be delivered. No updates other then the last place it was scanned east of the Mississippi. No customer service, no help figuring out why my package was late or possibly missing.

I hate to leave bad reviews but horrible service drivers and customer service support regarding this location. Got a notice about a package that was supposed to be delivered and the recipient was home all day. Talked to customer service and got no help whatsoever. Worried that package is stolen and no options for pick ups or direct numbers to contact them. Horrible experience horrible service.

I called this FedEx Ground location to get business hours to pick up a package. The representative told me that they were open until 4 pm that day. I arrive to pick up my package at 2:30 pm and saw a sign indicating that I had to call a number to have someone bring my package out to me. I called that number five times and received no response each time. The security personnel was not much help, telling me that she herself had called the number and never had anyone to answer either. If at possible, AVOID THIS FEDEX LOCATION!
