soooo terrible experience here. I applied first time SSN here, the staff put wrong address and it delived wrong address. So i went to office for the second time got correct information. I went to March 4th and I have not get yet. They lost again. SSSSSo terrible. Do not go here. Just go Oakland office is more professorial.

When I get to talk to an agent, and I have done it several times over the years, they are most helpful. I think they are wonderful, thoughtful At the moment, I am waiting for them to take my call. I am sure I will get the same care. If not,I figure that some one has a "bad hair day" ( I've had those, ) I don't take it personally. and so ...,may be if I be nice. ... It works at other places. ................................................................................IF I DON'T LIKE WAITING I CAN GO ON LINE, WHICH I DON'T LIKE DOING, SO I WAIT. ......I think it would be nice, if I could LEAVE my phone number, and they call me. Yes you can. The drop box is available Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 3:30 pm, no appointment needed. The office will be closed on 11/25-11/26. Happy Thanksgiving.

No, replacement cards are mailed from Baltimore, MA and take up to 2 weeks to receive in the mail. We can issue a temporary print out or a receipt that you applied for a replacement card.
