What is monthly
Wow $950 for a spot is ridiculous expensive . You can get a studio for that price and not use your RV.
We don't do Weekly only Monthly and as of today i only have 2 spots open and they will only fit a 24ft trailer or 20ft trailer and the spots go for 950.00 + utilitys but I am always open to negotiate a lower price.
@billy c- $950 is a fair price and ms hanson is willing to negotiate as well. Im not sure where you live but i just moved out of a spot up the hill by 150th and was paying over 5k for a 3 bedroom. I think 950 and negotiable is a fair shake for the bay.
Is there any spots available now? I am in fact a young woman trying to be on her own im wiling to negotiate anything

What about $700 + utilities with a one year commitment, look to stay for 4 years for school. Using my GI Bill.
