springs are okay but I’d choose any other business to deal with.

Rude staff, great setting but we got lost and they charged us an extra $100 unauthorized for a late fee, even charged for my two children under 5. We had to do a charge back on the card due to them running it without a signature/authorization.

Would’ve enjoyed the gorgeous scenery and kayaking if it wasn’t for the employee who insisted on picking on me and making rude comments at the launch. The man made multiple comments regarding my body. He insisted that I looked like I played high school sports, and was definitely not a weight lifter (I do in fact lift weights, so I’m a bit more muscular than most girls). This made me very uncomfortable for the duration of the visit, especially considering I was wearing a two-piece swimsuit. Worst part is, he thought I was in high school, which makes the interaction even creepier. I am in my 20s, but the comment was rude nonetheless. I suggest training your employees to NOT make comments on guests’ physical attributes. I can’t believe I’m having to make such a suggestion. Strangers should not be commenting on others’ bodies, EVER!! It’s not friendly or funny, it is incredibly rude and creepy.

That depends on the kayak you rent ! Ask the outfitter per your weight.
Yes.
Yes, we love going there.
Outside the park boundaries people can fish, but not inside the park at all.
$20 for 2 hours for regular kayak, $30 for 2 hours for what they call glass bottom kayaks. Regular kayaks would be my suggestion, the glass bottom is plexiglass and not particularly viewable.
