Its a swimming area so theres tables, grills, restrooms, and running water.
We got here on April 15 18 so no we don't have it sorry

If you are referring to the Mill Dam Group campground operated by the National Forest service, it is a group campground for large groups (accommodates up to 125 people). It does not have rv hook ups. While there is a parking area a short walk to the campground, vehicles do not drive into the camping area directly. There are other private campgrounds around, but not this one.
No dogs allowed in day use except Service animals. That is all Day use Areas In Ocala National Forest.
No they do not they have restrooms and a changing room out behind it but no showers 😒
