Quite and friendly place. We lived here for over one year and the owners were very nice with us. Huge lot space, extra cleaned restrooms, excellent maintenance team. The waiting time for our new house was easier while living in this place. We will miss the everyday walking ladies (be aware of the bears).

Did not like my stay here rude people and made us move for no reason when the rent was paid I would not stay here at all no phone service at all and mean owners

Well I honestly can't believe the way we was treated myself and my elderly aunt after paying and explained we had to head home due to health issues we was told at the in the day to leave the owner was beyond rude are other truck was getting tires on it and was told I don't care get off and we are paid through Sunday I have never seen or been talked to in this manner two attempts at paying rent and have been abused no cell service no wifi and a owner has horrible Attitude.

It took two days to pay rent twipaid for 3 nights on the 2 ND day around 3:00 in the day was told to leave we said we are leaving in the morning we was getting tires on truck the owner said I don't care get off you are to compacted because we had to go home due to health issues have never seen anything like this and told we only paid for one spot when we had are reciped it like the twilight zone

Anytime after 11am....i lived there for 2 years...just pulled out last night....
Your best reaching the office in the late afternoon. Voice mail . Very quiet park. No pool. If your looking for quiet that's pretty much the norm here. Nothing fancy here. But people are nice and most keep to themselves
No they do not... Some of the long stay people have screened in tents behind their rigs . Might be confused as tent.. You can call but suggest you call in afternoon as office opens late quite often
