I’ve been here for almost an year, I wouldn’t refer an dog to sign an lease here. They go up on rent every month seem like. I was told I’ll be paying $775 now I’m paying $840 + also I was getting harassed by my neighbors with them leaving notes on my door and them calling the police. I reported it to the leasing office and not once have their staff contacted me about it. It’s very unprofessional here and its sickening I can’t wait to move out of these!! Please make sure you read the comments before moving here. Honestly, I missed the red flags before moving here but never again!!

We had a great experience here, especially with Michelle and her husband! They were always so kind and welcoming. The only cons I have are that it’s not in the safest neighborhood and that is was pretty easy to hear our neighbors. We enjoyed our experience here and we did have some very friendly neighbors too! Definitely recommend, Michelle and her team make it worth it! 😊

We have lived her for about a year now. We pay our full rent on time and are responsible tenants and have had absolutely no issues with management. They have been making great improvements to the property itself such as the parking lot. Any requests we’ve made for maintenance has been filled/fixed within a week timeframe. The only thing we can say has been an issue is the walls being a bit thin and hearing the neighbors. Otherwise, we have no complaints and have already renewed our lease! Michelle and her team have been nothing but kind to our family. Great job you guys for creating a cleaner, stronger, and safer community.
