Awesome staff. Michelle booked me an 8:00 haircut but ended up running late due to a previous client adding endless services to her slot, so they offered me a free haircut! Super fast service once they finally freed up, and I was able to get my usual "do" just the way I like it.

I came to HairMasters after mixed experiences at several other shops nearby. Cody did an excellent job and great customer service. (Unfortunately she moved to her dream job at Rudy's Barbershop in Redmond, sorry.) I will go back to HairMasters and find another amazing beautician. 🙂

I agree stay away, my hair was down to my belt loops and this chic was told to cut two inches off. She cut ten and a half inches off. My hair was above my shoulder blades when i left. The chic was more worried about her friends lost phone instead of doing her job. She walked away from my cut like ten times to whisper to her friends in the corner. Very rude, unprofessional, and have no clue what their doing.
