I had made a work order request for my A/C unit this morning and with the 99 degree weather my apartment got up to 94 degrees. I have a long haired German shepherd who is prone to overheating which I put in the job description. After waiting for over 5 hours to hear back from anyone I sent another work order out for the same thing to see if it would create any urgency as this was putting my dog at danger for heat stroke for prolonged exposure to the heat. Nobody responded or called, so I went down to the office to ask if they planned on sending anyone today or if it was going to be tomorrow so I could plan accordingly. I got told in a very short tone that they had someone coming today and I sat around and waited all day until 7 pm before deciding to take matters into my own hands and fixing my own A/C. It would be nice to be reimbursed for the parts and labor as maintenance is something that is calculated into rent and last I had checked I wasn't a certified handy man.

Literally the worst! My friends air conditioner has been broken for ages. Perfect place to live if you’re a lizard and want to just lay in the heat. We’ve tried calling upper management and they just tell you someone is coming and then no one ever comes. -5 stars. Wouldn’t recommend to a hobo

Iv never lived here but I came over to my friends house to bring an AC because it had been broken for a few days , and experienced her dealing with the worst service over the phone with the front office. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone .
